Our Story

A table built around what's ripe this week.

Dindin Kitchen started as a Sunday supper club in a rented loft — twelve seats, one printed menu, no walk-ins.

Six years on, the address changed but the rule didn't: we cook only what the market gives us that morning. The kitchen sits in full view of the dining room, because we think watching dinner get made is half the meal.
